Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sound Niccolò website and the purchase of our services. The site and services are operated by Morgan Bosc (Sound Niccolò), P.IVA/VAT 07255080488, Via di San Niccolò, 50125 Firenze, Italy. By using this site or purchasing our services you accept these terms.
Our Services
Sound Niccolò is a boutique sound studio offering sound design, music production, recording and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline of each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and, where applicable, include Italian VAT. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider Stancer; we never store your card details. Payment terms (deposit, balance, instalments) are specified in each quote or order confirmation.
Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). This right lapses for services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent. Cancellation terms for studio bookings are set out in the relevant quote.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including audio, video, text, graphics and logos) is owned by or licensed to Sound Niccolò and protected by copyright law. Rights in commissioned work are transferred or licensed as agreed in the relevant contract; unless otherwise agreed, we retain the right to be credited and to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Liability
We provide this website "as is" and take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Italian law, including wilful misconduct and gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code; in all other cases the courts of Florence, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we introduce new services or payment methods. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
